Neng pian, jiu pian

Hmm. Just stumbled over some interesting fact about Chinese people. They have a saying about foreigners that goes like this "能骗就骗" basically meaning "If you can trick them, trick them". How fucked up isn't this?

    "Someone who can not be tricked will not be tricked"... who does this answer sound?

    So that is also a saying that they have here in China. Or just telling me to be smart and not be tricked?
