Woke up very late today, i think that my body needed the sleep however. I have big times falling asleep at night because i cannot stop my mind from racing. Anyway, when i woke up i began cleaning my room it was awfully dirty and when i finished i began cleaning up labels on this blog. I told you before that i now use OneNote for all my organizations and it has all i ever wanted. I didnt delete all labels yet, some of them contain some valuable information i have to write down before i delete them.
My emptiness is gone today and i feel much better, probably it was the lack of sleep + another factor. The other factor i notices after inspecting what i did the day before i get a day of emptiness and nothingness. The thing all of these bad days have in common is a work out the day before. Every time i work out i am a lot less productive the next day. This is an interesting observation!!! I have to find a solution for this, and there are many solutions.
I could stop training all together but i don't think this is very smart long term. It is better to find and "cure" the underlying cause which basically is that my body recovers to slow. And as we all know, recover can only be speed up by sleep and food, both of winch i will improve the day after an work out. I will need my money to buy the vitamin/mineral supplement and an extra one for Magnesium and Zinc, but whats more important is that i will sleep to 9:30 instead of 7:30 after a work out. Will experiment with the sleep for now to see if there are any improvements.

Such a pity. You cut half of your diary. Although I know that you write it for yourself 99.9, nonetheless I loved it how it was originally. But do not kill it all off..
ReplyDeleteNah babe, will only keep the daily part from now on. I didnt update the other stuff bc i write it in OneNote. But this blog is better for writing diary stuff
