A night out set you back two days

As you can see from my posts. This week at Monday i celebrated Katyas birthday and drank much. The day after i were hangover the whole day and just watched movies, the next day i felt better but still had no energy to really concentrate so didnt get much done that day as well.

Today though, two days after the hangover i feel like my normal self again and just had two good study sessions.

Sveta has been angry with me a lot this week, just yesterday everything became quite normal in the end. She doesn't have any period so the only cause that i can think about is stress from the university, i think she would do good in sacrifice some time today be alone and use sexy imagination. Hehe!

Katyas bday

Yesterday was Katyas bday and maan did i get wasted of not. Of course my original plan to only drink beer didnt work, no bc on Russian bday u have to drink stronger stuff. I havent been this drunk the whole year. I came home around 5 and slept like a zoombie, i was completely out until now. Wish i could find a way to sleep like this without drinking alcohol.

P got sick so he couldnt come, i had to bring him some movies so he wouldn't bore to death. He have a quite high fever, 39 he claims.

I had to reschedule work today! I didnt plan on doing that, but nothing bad about it, will just have class on Sunday instead.

Also, i have some new info about my study journals i will tell you about in the next post.

And dont worry babe, i gave all the documents to Vira and she will go and ask at the office about your chances to get in :).

Slept like a baby tonight. And first time i really feel rested when i wake up, crazy what alcohol can do for me. I am up 7:00. Lets see how i will use this day.

Another sunday

Just finished my first session of Memrise, this will be a new rule for me. Every morning i will spend 15m with this Memrise site and hopefully to the summer ill pass HSK 5 or 6. Yes, this ill do :D.

I have had concentration problems the last few days so havent been able to get much study going on either. This is not good, now i have a bunch to do next week, which freaks me out a bit.

Good morning diary

I am sorry for not writing to you yesterday. I were very busy all the time. Woke up quite late which i am not that satisfied with, but than i went to work which turned out to be fun. I always leave the class with a good mood, maybe its the McD coffee i take before the class or i feel accomplishment. I any case, i went from being in a bad mood (bc i woke up late) to a good mood. After class i went to Carrefoure and bulked up with meat. And went almost straight to the gym with P afterwards. I won out Pingpong worm up, AWESOME !!! Now its 1-1! Back in B! Than i came back and talked with my gf which is Always a pleasure, or almost always ;). Times up! Going for soup now, will check back later.

Memrise

The new way of learning is slowly approaching. I see the potential already now, and would not be surprised if all the teaching centers begin to use its methods rather soon. I think that in 5-10 years, sites like this will be standard in the western school. Never before has there been a more accurate way of showing your knowledge to another person, and what is even more interesting is that this knowledge is up to date. This is a life learning method which question you about the facts in time intervals spread out through your entire life.

This will be the knew thing for parents to control that their children really learn stuff.

Quite early, but far from optimal

I am lucky the soup opened again, otherwise i might have continued sleeping and wake up after 12 which is one of my nightmares at the moment.
Anyhow, i managed to go up and will go and eat the soup now.

One thing i want to share with you dear diary, is that Chinese is no longer intimidating for me and huge characters are no longer a headache but just constructed of small parts. I am getting there slow and steady

Today i am happy to announce that i woke up 8:30. Second day in a row i wake up before 9 a clock, woho!

Today one of HTC new flagship of a phone go released, looks quite interesting but the battery is way to small. I cannot understand how people can buy phones of this size with this kind of small battery. Its going to be interesting to see how the new Samsung galaxy s4 will look like, i have s1 and if s4 is as perfect as i think it will be i will have no choice to upgrade in the summer.

Time for some Chinese! I am reading this awesome book about learning Chinese, what is so chocking for me is that this book is in Swedish. Their method of teaching Chinese go so well with my views on how you should learn a language. It is about 500 pages long, but i think ill finish it this week. We will see.

Lets begin with some vocabulary since i consider this one of the most important things whenever approaching a new subject. Every subject has a bunch of new words that a beginner has to become familiar with before he can advance. But 08:50, which is a huge improvement. Feel very sloppy and tired though, i think i need my daily fix of coffee before i could be any productive at all. I mean, it has almost passed 1hour since i woke up and the thing i have accomplished during this time has been so slow i could have done it in 10min.

Still, 8:50 is a huge improvement and i hope to get up earlier tomorrow.

Have to mention that i miss my girlfriend very much, we were talking on skype yesterday and she looked to stressed and robotic. I wish i could be there to hold her and help her feel more confident that she will pass everything.. Miss u babe!

This will be a new kind of guide line for me, i will try to get up before dawn everyday as much as possible. This means that i have to get up before 6:41 tomorrow. If i manage, my starting post tomorrow will be before 6:41.

Don't ever let somebody tell you, you can't do something

I feel that i want to share my one powerful and true quote from the movie i watched yesterday.

Its from the movie The pursuit of happyness which Sveta chose for our movie club. This is the second movie we have in out movie club, and i am gonna update our movieclub blog later today or tomorrow in the morning. But in the future we are going to upload the movies we choose our self, which i will have to teach Sveta how to do.

Yesterday, me and P went to the gym and later to Carefour to bunk up with protein rich food. From this day on, i have to eat a minimum of 90grams of protein a day. Otherwise is doesn't really make sense to train for me. So my diet is going to consist of beef jerky, eggs, milk and beef. Its not gonna be cheap, counting on at least 30rmb a day and later even 40-50rmb a day (when i get my scholarship).

I haven't really done much studying these last days. From what i read in my studybook, i havent even manage to study over 20 hours this week. And to get and keep my scholarship i have to study 35hours a week. The University even advice you to study up to 40hours a week, which is insane!
What this means is that if i want my money from my government, ill have to change this habit of only studying 20hours a week to study 35h. So all in all, i need to go up at 07 every weekday and follow my schedule. I cannot afford not to do it much longer, even how hard it is for me to go up in the morning, which mostly is an affect of me not being able to sleep in the night. This night i tried to sleep at 00 but was still wide awake at 04, i just couldn't calm down my brain. So i poped a wine bottle and drank half of it, which help me fall asleep one hour later.

Yesterday was a day of nothingness

I knew these days would come sooner or later, i just hope they will not occur more than once every 10th day. Im talking about not studying the a whole day and not even writing one blog post, as was the case yesterday.

So how will i minimize these occurrences? First of, no computer after 23! second never go up later than 10, no matter what.

In all this shame is there one thing i am prude of, and that is my nofap NYR, this is my 10th day clean so far and peeing in the mornings become more and more difficult. I like this :).

SÅ JÄVLA SKÖNT

Just finished another section of math. I have spent a total of 15 hours on math during three days, this is insane. I could have used this time on other studies and would have improved in skills that really matters.
     But i have to say that i both hate and love math. It can turn my mood upside down in a matter of minutes, but also me me feel self satisfaction like never before.
     I am finely ready to let go of math for this week and have to put my focus on Chinese, CSS and DCC. Whats more interesting is that i got the change continue my course in C#, i have just have to notify the teacher if i plan to do so.

Ohh, forgot to mention that i am nine days clean as of in 1 hour.  But i feel the urge to use is growing stronger by each day now. I was even close to break these last few day because of stress and anger cause by my math course, but the deal with my gf made me strong enough to not relapse (it saved me two days). I even got exposed to and old trigger but manage to handle situation in a good way.

One last thing. This sleeping things dosent really work because i dont have any curtains so i cannot get a good sleep at 13. I will have to try to get to sleep before 03 today and go up before 10, and work my way down instead of the other longer direction. I have to get a hold of this now if i want any improvements with my training.

Accepting the reality

Okej. I have decided to accept the reality that i will not be able to wake up at 7am this week. My plan to change this is rather radical. I will try to stay awake as long as possible and hopefully after three days i will have turned my sleeping schedule around so i wake up at 6am.

Like today i will go to sleep at 6am, and than sleep until 17, than next day i will go to bed at 9am and sleep till 20 and so on until i go to bed around 15 and sleep till 2. We will see how this will work in practice during the next days.

The most important thing though is that i am adoptable with my studies and don't let this turn of events affect me studying 6-8 hours a day.. Yesterday i spent 7 hours studying math, so frustrating. This math made in such a bad mood the whole day. I the kind of person who cannot let anything go when i am stuck, i can just not push it aside and go back to it later, this made me study math till 4am yesterday. What is even worse, i never solved the fucking problem. So ill have to do try to fix it today, hopefully my brain worked on it while i were sleeping. Maybe i even solved it in my dreams, we will see in a few minutes. 

Waking up! Why so difficult?

I overslept for 3 hours which means that i already missed two classes, C# and CSS. Why im i doing this to myself? How much willpower does it take to constantly go up at 7? I did it when i went to elementary and middle school. So why so difficult now?

Anyway, according to my schedule i woke up in perfect time for lunch. And will have the other half of the day dedicated to Russian, CSS, Math and than movie club with Sveta. I will skip training today! Not good!

Its 03:30 am and im not evenTired

Crazy!! Its so late and i feel like Jim Carrey after red bull, this it wrong! I were quite proactive today though, finished two school assignments and spent a total of 7 hours studying. Than i watched a Russian movie called Мой Парень Ангел, "mama hoho". And from 00:00 i played chess for 3,5h. 

I played this 3,5h with an old Indian guy who had played for 20 years, he took me back to earth again. We played a total of 6 games and i only manage to win once, played equal twice and lost three times. It was long time ago i meet a good player so i decided to add him as a friend. He worked with solar systems which is quite interesting for me to. 
Anyway, he didn't crush me badly, all the games were quite even which the results proves (2 games ended in a draw).

One final though, how will i manage to go up at 08:00 tomorrow? huh??

Good morning diary

Strange enough but today i dont feel tired at all, even though i went to bed at 4 yesterday (today). I had a Skype date with my favorite girl, it lasted more than 5hours and we didnt even have time to discuss our movie club. Yesterday we were talking, drinking, eating, playing chess and talking, and we realized that today is our 1st year anniversary. Yea, crazy, we have already been together for one year now. All in all, we had a really good time yesterday at least me. So it didnt mater that we missed our movie club, we will simply have to discuss it today ;).

Now its time to do some studying! I'll be back!!

In times of rapid change, experience could be your worst enemy.

Today was my first lesion in this new course of mine DCAL. I spent 3 hours reading one article, i finished about 80% of it. The article is so interesting i want to read it for pleasure tomorrow when i am not stressed. The title of this blog post basically sums it up quite good.

The school is the only business which hasn't changed much in the last decade. If a company like Microsoft would have approached the marked this way, than it would have been out of business long time ago. The key in today society is to welcome change and instead of see it as a bad thing, see it as a new chapter of opportunities.

No procrastination!

I didnt manage to do neither tasks on my checklist i made in the last message, but i studied the whole time though. I didnt think it would take so long to finish 50 pages in Swedish as it did, which was my task for my "Digital competence and learning" class. The article i read was so interesting that i just couldnt speed read it, i had to enjoy it to fully. This article wasnt all about gathering the fact and knowledge but more about ideas and thoughts which i had to reflect over from time to time.

To bad the article was in Swedish, otherwise i would have forced you guys to read it (P & S). Now i will only force my parents and brothers.

Time for Stomach workout and than Spartacus before my Skype date with Sveta.

A promise is a promise

I have promised myself to write a post everyday after breakfast if there isnt any external problems, like no internet or other similar factors.

Today i didnt really feel like writing anything because i feel ashamed with my self that i woke up this late, and that i have watched 6 serial episodes this week. This has set me back 300 points in my life game.

I hope i will get some university shit done before 9 today, that is when i will meet Sveta on skype to celebrate chinese new year, talk about Flight, play a chess game and so on :). I am looking forward to it.

Die webalta die!!!

I remember i wrote earlier today about this day being in danger of being fucked up. I havent done any university work so far and are quite tired in my head to be frank. I planted some seeds on my memrise account though.

Anyway, my girlfriend got a virus called Webalta which basically hijack your browser and makes it almost useless. She got this "virus" (adwware) when she was downloading a Russian version of Office. She probably search on Google for a Russian version and tried to download a legit one from a few different websites. What she didn't know was that you shouldn't download stuff from websites you don't know, that will guarantee you to get some kind of virus sooner or later.

Although we probably spent more than 5hours today trying to remove the virus (which we accomplished), i am quite proud she took things into her own hands, and really tried to get the Russian Office version. She has gotten a lot better at computers lately and try find solutions by her self. I made the same mistake in the beginning when i just had learned to download interesting stuff online. Than i learned that u should only download from a few trusted sites, and if these sites dosent have what you are looking for, you can try to find it on other sites, but be extra careful! For example, google the name of the site you are considering downloading something from and see what the users of the internet thinks about that site.

I am the one to blame a bit that she got this virus since i only installed the English version on her computer. I really wanted her to get used to work in English programs. Or to problem solve (like she did) to find the russian office online. I think she downloaded it from rutracker.org in the end.

To Conclude, i don't consider this day a fucked up at all. I am very satisfied we solved the problem and in doing so probably learned a lot on the way. I will spend the rest of this day just watching a movie and than go to sleep. It is after all next week my quest for success really begins, since Chinese new year is tomorrow. Ill follow my NY resolutions to 100% and will only watch one English movie a week and ban most of the serials.

Overslept

Fuck!
I overslept by and hour and a half today and feel that my whole day is in danger of getting fucked up. Lets hope that is not the case!

What is even worse is that i forgot my dream, had an awesome one when i woke up at 08 to turn of my alarm. But unfortunately i didnt write down anything to make me remember the dream, from now on ill keep a notebook close to my bed.

Miss my honechka so much too, its so difficult to fall alseep alone right now when i got used sleeping next to you. Its so cold, empty and COLD!! I think i laid in bed for 1* before i feel asleep which has been the case for the whole week actually.

Ohh, and i am so happy that Sveta put an effort on chesshere :). So cool to see, she even had a conversation with one chessplayer during a game which is always nice. She will tell me about it tomorrow when we are going to celebrate Chinese NY together, and it better not have been a guy she spoke with!!! hehe ;)..

How the fuck do i change the title color of one single posts and not all of them. I hope they explain this in my course. Been trying to find a solution for 2,5h now. I give up!!!!

The difference between ”kou3”(r30) & ”wei2”(r31) isn’t much visually except that one is bigger than the other. But they hold a very interesting meaning to the characters they  contain.
